At NUXE, your satisfaction is our priority, and we accept returns of unopened and unused beauty products within 30 days of delivery. To maintain hygiene standards, all items must be returned in their original packaging with the protective seals intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the unused products in their original box, ensuring you include the printed return authorization slip inside the package.

• 3.
  Affix the Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, then attach it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our laboratory team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
